By using Blash Tutoring Services, you agree to the following terms.

Services Provided

Blash Tutoring Services offers academic tutoring for students in grades K–6, primarily online with limited in-person availability. Tutoring is educational support and does not guarantee academic outcomes.

Parent or Guardian Responsibility

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for:

  • Providing acurate student information

  • Ensuring students attend and participate in sessions

  • Encourage students understand the importance of focus and attention during sessions.

Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged.

Payments

  • Fees, packages, and payment schedules are communicated in advance.

  • Payment is required according to agreed terms.

Intellectual Property

All instructional materials are the property of Blash Tutoring Services and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Blash Tutoring Services is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to tutoring services.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
